Miguel Carrillo is the Community outreach and Education Manager at corazon. Growing up in a latino community Miguel saw the impact that Corazon Community Services had on his community and decided to be a part of it by joining as a Corazon youth Health Ambassador in 2016.
As a first-generation Mexican American, raised in a hispanic household Miguel attended Morton East High School and was the first in his family to graduate overcoming barriers and breaking stereotypes. A returning advocate Miguel is excited to bring forth the knowledge and skills he has to corazon. Continuing to make a difference in the community and educating the next generation.
